VO2 Max stuck?

I don't see anything wrong. Do you feel like your fitness has improved or declined significantly?

It appears you've become more consistent in your workouts.  That's not a bad thing.

Depending on what your VO2 is (and your age), you might want to consider moving a step up in your workouts.

Yes, I see it too. Since 2,5 months I follow the daily suggested workouts. Therefore I have approximatly 6 running sessions with 5 VO2max updates a week (I need >140bpm to get a running VO2max). After a strong increase in the first 2 months I have the same VO2max since 14days. But I think this is compleetly correct. VO2Max does require GPS pace from running outside. If COVID restrictions or cold weather have forced you to switch to treadmill running recently, that would be one possible explanation.

One check would be to install the Performance Condition datafield, which is a comparison to your baseline VO2Max - it should start operating after 5-10 minutes with your heart rate in the correct range (>70% maxHR). Also, check that your maxHR is recorded correctly on the watch (it can get screwed up after a firmware update).

Thanks. Looks like the issue could be max heart rate. It has somehow set too high.   I’ll see how it behaves now.  

Note also that VO2max cannot be expected to continuously increase. Largest jumps will be seen with people who have not been exercising regularly. At some point VO2max will plateau and any changes will be incremental or even oscillate up and down slightly. 

VO2max is a physiological measure of the body's capacity to utilise inhaled oxygen for energy. It's a function of your heart and lungs (central) and your muscles and vascular system (peripheral). Naturally, there are limits to what any body's physiology can handle.

Thanks.  I don’t really expect much, if any improvements.  Usually just goes up and down 1 or two points over a month or two. Just was stuck for 12 days.  At 48 and injury prone, more about hanging on!

I just think about an injury and my body starts hurting.
