Still no sleep tracking on par with Fenix 6?

I was wondering if anyone know the timeline beyond "end of year" eta Garmin told DCR on sleep tracking on par with Fenix 6 for 945. It is getting a bit frustrating given it has been month and eoy is basically here.

Garmin employees wrote here that it was rubbish on the 945 so they didn't put it into public beta. They want to bring it, but dont know when.

Interesting you say that b/c the current sleep tracking on my 945 is not that bad. What would be more useful to me really is the widget and factoring sleep quality into rest time (which actually it seems that it does already).

Not sure if you've been thought if you have nothing to say, you'd better zip it up. If you did not know, now you know.

Sleep quality is already factored into Rest time, but I think only the original data. If you change the sleep time in the app, that change is not factored.

Correct. The sleep widget on the Fˆ6 calculates the sleep then sends to GCM. Changing sleep times on GCM will change the sleep times on the watch.

Currently with the 945, it’s one way.
