last week, 2 broken activities

Last week I got 2 broken activities. When I finished a activity the synchronise logo appears in the upper part of the screen, but afterwards the fit file/activity is corrupt and not synchronised. I can find the activity in the activity historie on the watch, with some totals, but can load the activity on the watch. Upload the fit file manually on the garmin connect website isn't possible either because the fit file is corrupt. Does anybody else haves the same problems? I also have garmin explorer running on my phone.

  • This should work for you - 2020-12-20-11-14-41-fixed.zip

Unzip the file then import into Garmin Connect using the import data page.

Repaired using Fit File Repair Tool.

  • It's only 40% of the activity :(

  • Need some knowledge of that. Distance, time, anything else that could be helpful.

  • Thank you btw, my watch says a total time of 1:37:52 and a total distance off 39,26km

  • This is the last record in the file. After that the Unit Stopped Recording.

Your Bike Was Stopped and Your Legs Were Standing Still.

  • I stopped for a moment and continue my ride, I am 100% sure the device was still recording afterwards.

  • A Stop All is evident just before the Last Record .(Auto Pause me thinks)

It looks like the Unit was not able to continue recording after stopping.

I think this data is Lost.

Maybe the memory is full after firmware updates or something else is not right.

Maybe, but I would clear out  the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder anyway. . .
