Calibrate the Altimeter "Not During Activity" question

I've been using the calibrate not during activity successfully in the past and I noticed based on my graph this takes place at 3AM each morning.  My old phone went out and I bought a Samsung Galaxy S20.  This feature no longer works for me.  I have locations turned on and I've given Garmin Connect permission to have location access set for always.  Is there something else I'm missing or that I could try?

  • When I paired my watch to the new phone, everything seemed to work fine.  I was getting notifications and syncing to GCM with no problems other than the Not During Activity calibration taking place.  After spending way too much time messing with my phone, I went into settings on my watch, turned Not During Activity off and back on again and now it's been working the last two nights.
