Unable to lock GPS after updates (GPS version: 0.00, CPE: missing)

My Garmin 945 cannot detect GPS after updates. This issue occurs twice: several weeks ago, and today.

The symptoms are similar:

In the previous time, I tried to reset all settings and the problem resolved (GPS back to 4.60 and CPE current).

However, this time nothing I have done works.

My software version now is 5.50.
