No stereo sound (using spotify plugin).

Hi guys,

I just got my Forerunner 945 and linked it to spotify, added a few songs but my earphones (Powerbeats Pro) won't play the sound in stereo. Only the left ear piece is working.

Is this a familiar issue? Can I solve it? I'm thinking about sending it back if I can't...

Ps: I tried both the mono and stereo setting...

    Assuming you've already tested the headphones with another device and they're working OK, try removing the headphones from the watch and repairing them again.  There's absolutely no reason you shouldn't be getting stereo sound on both sides.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I did test them on my phone and they're working OK, indeed. I tried removing and repairing a few times. So I have zero clues why this wouldn't work.

    Still hoping someone can help...

    I solved the issue Thumbsup. It was a Powerbeats problem in the end. Even if it worked on my phone...
