Audio prompts changed on 945

Recently the audio prompts for lap and distance have changed on my 945. Where the prompt used to say 'lap twelve' or 'lap one, four fifty two', it will now say, 'lap one two' and 'lap one, four five two'.

This is quite an annoying change, considering it was previous accurate. Can it be changed back/fixed?

I thought I'm the only one. The new audio is really retarded. I don't understand why break the good audio?

I think this is related to the Garmin Connect app?

I noticed the same and was thinking, am I imaging that they knew how to count before.

I have the 645M and am too disappointed by this change as I find i have to think more to interpret the information rather than instantly understand. Why has Garmin changed something that worked perfectly well? The only occasion it continues to speak as it previously did is when a lap time is an exact minute.
