ftp settings

Hi,

I know how to change the FTP setting in the cycling powerzones screen, but how does this influence the ftp in Garmin Connects functional threshold screen?

It's better to change the FTP in Garmin Connect and let it sync to the watch, than the other way around.

Fair question - it's buried a few levels deep in the menus.

Devices> 945> User Settings> Power Zones> Cycling Zones

I allready done that. But this doesn't influence the FTP shown under, Performance statics > functional threshold power > power in garmin connect
