optical sensor is not working reliable

the optical sensor of my 945 does often not work for more then 30 minutes after a workout. it is blinking green but not recording any kind of data. i have to reset the watch. afterwards it is working again. but not fine. the sensor still fails a lot of times... the result: waking up in the morning with a body battery of 43 (wondering), resetting the watch, body battery is now at 86... (wondering again)...

This function is not a feature. does anyone have the same problem?

running under software version 5.50 and Sensor hub 7.02

  • Same problem here, lots of 'unreadable stress level' at night as well (empty data fields). This leads to almost no change in body battery (+5 this night)

  • A different Body Battery after rebooting the watch is not uncommon (though in my opinion, it does not make much sense). I too have a gap during as well as after an activity. I traced it down to still wearing my HRM-Sensor after a workout (I only remove it after stretching). As soon as I remove it, stress is being recorded by the watch again. Actualy, stress is still being recorded, since if you go to the body battery you can still see the the chart being plotted (and the low-middle-high info is avalable on the overlay). It just doesn't plot the stress lines (for whatever reasons).
