Can't get apps from connect IQ to Garmin

I have downloaded Amazon music and a race Face on connect IQ but I can't get anything to my Garmin 945

Have you synced with Garmin Express?

When I do it from my computer, I will click download and it asks me to connect my watch to the computer. Once I do that, and gamin express is open, it will sync and automatically be added to your 945.

I have got it to sync now.
