Laps visible on a device but not in App - Forerunner 945

Hi,


I have noticed in the last couple weeks that lap data is not visible in Application although its indeed present in the watch itself.
I have tried going through all the settings but didn't manage to find what could cause this strange phenomenon.
Previously, this data was visible in App.

Here is an example :

Activity in watch itself:

Lap data is present:

On the other hand, inside the App, lap data is not present:

Do you know what could cause it and how to fix it?

  • My guess on the watch the sets are shown as laps but unable to be shown as laps in the app. If you did see the sets in the app before then a recent update probably changed things. Contact Garmin Support.

    Have you checked for similar reports in the App threads GC iOS or Android?

    Hi, Indeed it sounds like something that was messed up due to an update. Unfortunately there is nothing of this nature in the App thread.

    I have contacted Garmin support team and provided them with all the logs. Will see what they have to say about that.
