Dual Heart Rate Monitor & Zwift

Looking for some much needed assistance please. Not technically gifted at all, but frustrated that I cannot monitor my HR whilst using Zwift.

When outdoors, straight forward Garmin Connect picks up my Dual HRM and records on GC and my Iphone Garmin App and in turn transfers to Strava.

However, purchased a Tacx Flux S Smart and picks everything up but no matter what I try not my HRM.

I use a laptop for Zwfit and hook up to a large TV screen. I have switched my phone off completely to see if would pick up, but to no avail.

Frustrated as both Garmin products and do wish and always have paid attention to my HR.

I use zwift and record with 945 at the same time using and ant+ hr band and have no problems, it transmit hr to both the pc ant+ receptor and 945.

Apologies and thanks. But do I have to or better to purchase a Ant+ receptor? Dongle? Even with both my Garmin 520 and Garmin HRM it cannot be picked up by my Tacx Flux S which is also from Garmin?

I ended up getting the new wahoo Tickr X hr monitor for this reason. Connects no problem at all now, it does sometimes take 5 or 10 minutes to settle down though. Previously I'd been wearing both the Garmin hrm run and original wahoo Tickr X on the turbo (Cyclops H2 and Huawei M6 android tablet).
