gaps in HR/BodyBattery in App, but not on device

Hi,

I am now on FW 5.30. I've occasionally seen gaps in my HR data (and body battery data) in the Connect app, but not on my FR945. Sync does not help - the data is never transferred to the app. Also, in such cases I have to reset the device in order to restore the connection and get new data. New measurements are then uploaded to the app, but the missing data is not.

Anyone seen this before? Any ideas of what this is caused by?

  • I don't know why you have the gap, but it's present on the 4 HR graph too. It's just above the letters "a" and "s" in the word "Last". 

  • not really. That is a gap when I took off the watch to shower. It is only a few minutes long, while the gap in the app is 2h long.

  • I looked through the data - this happened 3 times in October. Every time I have to reset the watch, otherwise it won't start syncing again. After I do that, new data arrives, but the gap is a gap. So there seem to be two things: broken connection to the phone, which requires a reset to get up again, and the gap, which is not fixed by the reset.
