This isn't a question, just an observation.
Recently I did my first suggested daily workout. There were segments of the workout that I was supposed to run at a certain pace. Not too high. Not too low.
Now, I've done workouts on my watch before. I've created my own workouts. I've done Garmin Coach workouts. They both had segments to be run at a certain pace.
The difference is that this time my watch had a red-green-red bar across the top of the watch face. And if I was running at the "proper" pace, the needle was in the green section. This is far superior to the method used in the earlier workouts.
I don't know if this change is for all workouts or just for the daily suggested workouts. But I just want to say that I like it. A lot. It's far easier to see if you're going too fast or too slow for the suggested workout. Nicely done, Garmin.
