Translation please (Today's Workout)

How to you translate Today's Workout.  My watch suggests that I do the following: 2x4x0:10@5:45/mi 49:00

It has something to do with sprints.

  • Looks to me like you'll be doing 2 sets of 4 10sec sprints at 5:45 pace but nothing there about what the rest intervals are.  Total workout is 49 minutes.

    Can you "step into" it to view the details?

  • You can open the workout and look at step after step. Thats the easiest way.

    For Rest intervalls: Its walking or slow running, as you feel comfortable.

    The fastest way to enter the workout is to go into the calendar widget, it will be on top there. Then start button -> select if you want to see running or cycling suggestion, choose with start button -> now you see the screen you know already and push once again start button to be able to select what is called "Abschnitte" in German (sections?). If you open that via start button, you can see every step explained.
