Update can be downloaded through Garmin Express or Garmin Connect Mobile pending rollout.

Changes made from 5.20 to 5.30

Resolved an intermittent issue which could result in the delayed sending of an assistance request message.

I personally couldn't care less about the sleep-widget but I sure do covet the Battery Profiles that the Fenix has.

Garmin-Brooks wrote that they where testing that internally and switched back because it wasn't working good enough.

It can't be worse than the current :D At least in my case.

Like yesterday I apparently slept almost the whole workday :(

(Ps. Yes. remove working due to covid, but still, at sleep?)

Es muy extraño esto que te pasa. No creo que sea por la versión del software. A lo mejor está estropeado tu FR945.

in every update you must restart your 945

Yes. The sleep monitoring of all Garmin devices is really bad. Before, the Galaxy active 2 was much better. I can't understand why developers still can't fix this. Even the cheapest Chinese do better.
