Connected, but lost 234 watch

My smartphone (Samsung) remains connected to 235 device - but I can not find my watch.

Does this mean the watch is in close proximity?

From connect select Devices then the 235 and scroll down to the boot on for the “Find my Device”. I’m assuming this is the same on Android.
