Only first 50 m of swimming in pool

On my last two indoor swim session, my garmin forerunner 945 only registered the first 50 meters of my indoor swimming and then stopped. Before this week, it was all working fine and I haven't changed any settings. Does anyone have a similar experience?

Thanks for the prompt response, not sure whether they are related, but I had a software update of my watch this weekend and this morning my watch was working correctly again. So issue is fixed, thanks…

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that has been going on. I do have a few questions for you:

After that occurred did you have any trouble saving or discarding the activity?
If you saved the activity did it detect your stroke accurately for the first 50m?
Does the watch seem to track steps accurately after you exit the pool?
If you go into the menu, scroll to system, then scroll to about what does the software version say?
Are the buttons still responsive after this occurs?
