I am using Zwift with my FR945, my question is the Garmin footpod (ANT+) only work as a cadence / speed sensor within Zwift? I.e. will the 945 pass the speed and cadence from the footpod thru the 945 to Zwift?
thanks

I seem to have an issue with my 945 and Zwift. I have my 945 linked to my Garmin footpod and my Garmin hrm-tri. When running on Zwift (AppleTV) if I take my hrm-tri off my cadence goes to —. So it looks like the footpod doesn’t work with Zwift. (Both the hrm and footpod use ant+). When I bring up Zwift I see my watch as I select virtual run on the watch.
Also does the hrm-tri actually work with Zwift too?
The Garmin compatible device listing ( https://buy.garmin.com/en-BW/SSA/p/15516#devices ) for the footpod doesn't include the 945 - so I'm wondering if the 945 can use the footpod at all . . . or maybe that is just an oversight?
Maybe an oversight. I have the foot pod connected to my forerunner 945 and run Zwift. Pace is correct. If I take the foot pod off, my pace is double on Zwift and 945. So I just leave it on.
