I'm having trouble finding a decent activity type in Garmin to use though. It would be nice if there was an actual "indoor skate" or heaven-forbid a "slide board" one but so far my searches have been unfruitful.
I'm not opposed to aping another activity type and then changing it on the backend but the less admin I have to do obviously the better.
As for metrics, in addition to HR I'd like to capture some type of cadence from the internal accelerometer.
Anyone have a suggestion?
