My FR945 just ticked 1 year. Everyday and everynight use. 12-18 hours of training per week (trail running, cycling). Multiple ultra distance running races in the mountains. I'm not taking any special care of it just using it as a tool. The watches are still like a new. No scratches or dents. F6 are bulky. Go for FR945 or a successor if one will be around a corner soon? :-)
Some people say that "Who wants to do a sport buys Fenix, who is already doing a sport has Forerunner."
Yes, buttons works fine. They are Rev. C. Local Garmin dealer in Czechia received only two units back for repair and neither of those was for button issue. There definitely were some bad units (as in all product lines) but the overall percentage of those in comparison to all sold unit is negligible. Which is quite opposite of what feeling you get reading the forum. Noone will come to forum just to send a post "Hi, just to let you know, my watches are OK." Users posts only when they encounter an issue or have a question.
