What does "high aerobic shortage" mean specifically?

My fitness summary says I have "high aerobic shortage". Looking at the help, it says "High aerobic shortage. Try adding more high aerobic activities to help improve your lactate threshold and VO2 max. over time".

Thats.... not so helpful. I presume, but you know what they say about making assumptions, that this means I need do more activities between lactate threshold and VO2Max, which it nearly does.

Even better, a suggestion such as "you need to spend X minutes at zone 5". Maybe we'll get that with the new Daily Workout suggestion coming in a few weeks.

Cheers
