How can I navigate to a saved location?

I've saved my home on my watch, using the remarkably imaginative name of "home". Recently I was out running in uncharted territory, and my run pooped out. So I decided to walk home the shortest way.

I was able to eventually find "home" using the directional search. And then I was able to walk home following the shortest route.

But it was only happenstance that I found "home" to route me. Is there a way to search for a specific saved location? I've looked at the manual, and it's not all that helpful.

Select the Navigate app, scroll to saved locations, then select go to. Is this what you're looking for?

The other option is to go to Settings for the activity you are in (long press of middle left), scroll to Navigation, scroll to Back to Start, then choose to trackback or Route. Route will show you the shortest way back.

I have not explored this option.

Can you do Back to Start after saving the run?

Or you need to be in the middle of the run activity?

If you want to go back to start after saving, it is possible.
My watch is in German, so the exact menu items may be wrong translated.

Open a sport app, press up to get into the menu.
Choose navigation
Choose activity
Choose an activity wich is saved into the watch
Choose "back to start"
Select if you want to do the tracback on the old activity from finish to start or if you want a route to the start.
