Had a question about the Stroke rates for the swim activities on the watch.
I am a fairly slow swimmer currently 2:30 per 100 looking to hit around 2:00 per 100
Question i had was regarding swim metrics that the 945 spits out into connect.
Looking at my last swim it says my:
Strokes per min - 31
Strokes per length - 19.
Is this number for One arm? i.e. the watch wearing arm. or does garmin in essence double it ..
I guess what i am asking is if I was to look at something like the swimsmooth chart, where strokes are counted each arm. Would i need to double the garmin number in order to get my placing.
