Blood pressure feature

I have had your vivoactive 3 smart watch going 2 years and now time to change it . I have noticed folks have been asking if you're going to incorporate blood pressure monitoring or measurement feature in your watches and so far no favorable answers. I am planning to change my watch by end of this year. If there isn't any blood pressure feature, I will opt to choose another vendor

Apple is a 2 trillion company because they value their customers.

And if Garmin wants to follow Apple, they better start listening to their customers.

It's actually not blood pressure measurement but they measure the time what it takes for blood pump wave to reach from heart to the feet. What can be measured, but I have very much questions about it's accuracy, as if you even slightly move your weight around, it will be already misleading. Withings and some more have scales with this feature.

Unfortunately they won't because profit from wearables is rising. Most people even don't check their metrics or use chest strap while training and they never check if OHR measurement for day to day activity is correct or not. We, who use this forum, are geeks, who check for accuracy, but we are minority. Most people buy because it's "a beautiful watch". I know two people with Fenix 6X PRO and then I asked how accurate is OHR in their case they both told me that they never check it cause they don't do sports, the watch just looks awesome.

Garmin sleep sensor doesn't provide accurate data metrics. It doesn't even record afternoon naps. I planned on changing to another vendor, but haven't had time to shop around. I am a bit disappointed with their engineering team compared to the popular ones out there. Not entirely sure what made me buy their product, perhaps brand name. My next smart watch will definitely not be a Garmin.

Fitbit got the worst consumers service. I have a charge 4 and updates are going once to twice a year, if you manage to get the update (mine got it 1.5month after the release date).

I would definitely not use Fitbit as a reference.
