Pool modus in Open Water Swim - possible to change?

Hi All,

Today I went swimming in open water and erroneously turned on the pool modus (instead op open water) - stupid!

It is now recorded that I swam 25 metres (one pool lane) instead of about 3 km. Is there a way to change the settings or the file (to open water) and that GPS data can be retrieved? If I just change the settings from "pool" to "open water" nothing happens.

In pool mode, GPS is off. The watch only uses accelerometers to count pushes from the walls. Before the activity, you set the pool length and its only a matter…

In pool mode, GPS is off. The watch only uses accelerometers to count pushes from the walls. Before the activity, you set the pool length and its only a matter of multiplication.

In OWS, GPS is on and there is no counting of off the wall pushes.
