I've got an Advanced Running Dynamics Pod, which I love. But unfortunately, the case got torn and it's only a matter of time before it is completely going ot be unusable.
When I contacted Garmin Support via chat, the agent told me there is no way to get a replacement case, and my only option is to buy a new pod?!?! Are you kidding me?!?!
That. Is. Bull!!!
That's like telling somone that if their watch banc breaks, they need to buy a whole new watch!!
I like Garmin, but it's crap like this that really ticks me off! Complete and utter racet. Period!
And then the agent says if I can provide proof of purchase he's send new pod. I threw away my box and receipt months ago!!! Isn't the fact that I need a new case proof that I purchsed a pod?!?!
