My wife's forerunner 945 has had this problem for months now, I'm not sure when it started and hoping someone can help. She has her watch connected to an iPhone 11. Her steps shown in "My Day" are correct. Her watch syncs activities just fine. However, no matter how many times we force the watch to "sync", the steps in a challenge take forever to sync. Right now it shows that she synced her steps "9 hours ago". I know that it will sync at some point, mostly likely soon. However, we have been trying to get the steps to show up in the challenge all day without luck.
This is frustrating because we have a group that we create monthly challenges with and sometimes it gets very challenging and fun to keep up with who's beating whom...I have a fenix 6 that syncs without a problem every single time, even in the same challenge. Any help is appreciated.
Edit: tried with Garmin express on windows laptop. Same thing, still showing "9 hours ago". I don't think the iPhone is the problem. I think this is something wrong with her 945. Anyone else have similar issues?
