Norwegian podcast from NRK cannot download and play on FR945

The Norwegian national broadcaster NRK has a number of free podcasts, which are also available on Spotify. I can listen to and download through Spotify on phone, but are unable to download a specific podcast called "I det lange løp" to FR945. I think perhaps there is an issue with other podcasts from NRK as well? I have no problem downloading other music and podcasts from Spotify to my FR945.

This is really frustrating, and I would be grateful if a fix to this issue could be here soon, if not already available?

This has come up a couple of times in the past. Put NRK in the search bar and read the results - saves me repeating what has already been posted.
