Bluetooth Paired Device Name

I have the Garmin 945 and a Samsung Galaxy S10e.

Does anyone else get JBL LIVE400BT-LE showing up as the paired device for the Garmin 945 on their phone?

Everything seems to work fine between the watch and phone it's just that the paired device name is not correct.

I've also never paired or owned a pair of JBL Live 400BT-LE headphones.

I think I got the same name on my Pixel phone.

I just rename the device.

Two years later.... I keep getting JBL LIVE500BT-LE with my Fenix 6S PRO.

I got exactly the same, after having Bluetooth connection issues I found my Forerunner 245 changed name to JBL LIVE400BT-LE, again. This happened on my previous Pixel 2 and now on my current Pixel 6 Pro. Really strange. I did find someone having this issue on a OnePlus phone so it doesn't look like it's exclusive to Pixels though.

I get the "Wallet is empty. Set up using Garmin Connect Mobile." error message on the watch now. At the same time my card is visible in the app.

Same, never had a device called OnePlus Buds Z2, but that's what it pairs as after issues with the Wallet.

Unknowningly, after deleting the device and discovering the watch was gone, the next pair returned to the correct name
