Pool swim doesn't work in new beta 4.87

Does nothing? I pressed start and it beeps and timer starts to count..

Tomorrow probably one pool session, so can test more probably but at least quick test can't confirm what you are saying. 

Thank you so much for your test and comment.  Yes, my watch does nothing when I press Start in that activity...  I just turn off my 945, restarted it, tried again, and the problem remains.

More:  I went to activity properties (swimming pool) and I can see that NO SCREENS CONFIGURED!!!  That's the problem!  the screens configurated for that activity was lost!!!   And the bad is I can't configure ANY new screen of data for that activity of Swimming Pool...

I'm from Spain, and I use my watch in Spanish language... may be that can be the problem...

In any case, I used this activity of Swimmnig Pool hundreds of times before beta 4.87, I have data screens configured for it, and all that is lost now, in the latest beta...

I am not at the pool, but updated to the Beta this morning and just tried the Pool Swim activity, the timer started like normal for me.  Obviously there was no distance or anything considering I am laying down watching soccer right now, but at least the timer started. 

No sense to ask Garmin here to investigate your issue, in beta release thread there are guidelines on how to report bugs, you'd better use those

I would try to delete/remove the swim app and then add it back if it would help, but seems like that it's somehow corrupted.

I'm tried that yesterday. No success. I supose there is something broken between the activity itself and the list of names of activities in Spanish...

I'm reported the bug to [email protected] and hope they rework this item before publishing the new production firmware.
