Anyone else having this issue? Started being blank on July 26th/27th - plenty of bike/run/walk
Any fixes?
heat acclimation also seems very odd also

Past few days I have used the running activty and a couple were strong workouts that gave me a vo2max dot on the chart, same as previous. Status has started working again. So i think since I didn't have…
I suppose the same, but this means: No “normal” run, no training status .???
For myself, 19 of 20 running activities in a month are Trailrunning and I have had always a training status.
I'm stuck with the same. Runs, cycling even with a power meter and I get nothing. Its aggravating
Have gotten a few clues to the cause in the past couple days when using App and Watch. On watch, if i scroll to TrainingStatus screen and click Enter, it gives a message "Run outdoors w/Heart rate twice to see your status"... i've been doing a lot of 'Trail Runs' and a couple of my normal 'run' activities have been spaced out and/or didn't trigger a updated or confirmed vo2max (too easy of a run or somehow didn't register due to HR/pace anomalies?). I also notice on App, in Performance Stats / Training Status - it says "To receive a Training status, use your Garmin device to track one or two weeks of runs or rides that have Vo2max Data. So being that my bike rides don't have power data, no vo2max is given and neither is it given for a 'Trail Run' - so I guess I just need to log more normal 'Run' workouts with a few faster miles here and there.
It is weird, because I use the 'Trail Run' quite often since I got the watch a couple months back and always had training status. Use it because I do a lot of very easy runs w/slower neighbors (often overdressed for heat training) and run in the grass or wear backpack to raise intensity etc... which then Garmin thinks... "oh look he is really working hard at a slow pace...lets drop his vo2max" So I like with my new 945 I can select the alternate run option. Works well on that one off 90degree day run , or a run on the beach, out in the snow, or super hungover... lol Going to try use the normal option for a few runs more each week, especially when doing a bit of tempo/threshold sustained pace.
Hated with my 235, one hungover run or out in the snow and my vo2 might drop 1 or 2, always hated how it would edit/change my long term graph trends, especially if it happened at the end of the week!
Same problem here, "No Status" despite running outdoors with strap 5x the past week.
No one else with this issue? I've tried a reset and still same issue. I've been running 4-6x/week for a while now. This is broken since the outage.
Past few days I have used the running activty and a couple were strong workouts that gave me a vo2max dot on the chart, same as previous. Status has started working again. So i think since I didn't have enough vo2max dots on chart since the crash/hack... things were messed up. Looking at my 12wk Vo2max chart (in performance stats on App) (only on App) there was a gap in having a Dot on the chart due to either using Trail Run or doing a Run without getting a confirmed vo2max reading Dot (too easy or flucuating pace with HR that was weird or something) as well as the Garmin outage (was using Wahoo app to record activities).
Run a couple runs sustained strong pace after warmup 5-10min, 10-20minutes at a tempo/10k-HalfMarathon pace, usually gets me a Dot or updated vo2max.
