Call alert.

I've been searching everywhere and I can't seem to find the reason why I don't get the incoming call alert anymore, only after hang up I get the missed call one.  
I haven't change a thing in the setup, and ti was working but now it stopped since a month or two. I still get the other notifications "live", like whatspp and such.

    You probably pressed the wrong button during a call notification and blocked further notifications. Easily done, many of us have been there.

    To restore, in GCM got to Settings->Notifications->App Notifications and check that notifications for Phone are enabled. This is Android, I am sure there is a similar thing in the IoS app

    hello! thanks for the reply, I have an Android and I verified your suggestion, the "Phone" is ON in the notifications. I guess it had to be as it still gives the Missed Call info. Thanks! Still nothing :(

    On iOS ONLY SOMETIMES instead of incoming call notification I get only notification of missed call. I haven't found any logic of that...

    on IOS you find that setting if you click on more, garmin devices, click on your device, sounds & alerts, smart notifications, and then set as preferred. Sync and you should be good. Obviously you need to make sure on the phone you have notifications enabled in the GC app in the iPhone settings.

    Hi, thanks for the reply. I've doublechecked everything and settings is ok. 95% of calls are notifications ok. Just sometimes this behaviour occurs. Let's see then after next fw update. Have a great day!

    So I just revoked access to Phone/Calls/Contact on my Android phone to the Garmin APP and reinstated it again and for now is working - Gamin APP prompts after that "this APP needs access bla bla bla".

    It came back to the no call notification again. At least It might work for some of you, for me it only worked one time.

    Hi! I had a same problem. All notifications are on. Make sure on your iphone, enable the share system notification. Go to settings, bluetooth, your device is connected. Next to it , there is an  i button like info. Klick on that and there you can forget the device an enable share system notification. It is working 100% sure.
