  • i want to use them!

Then just download ready made workout and be happy. I don't understand your problem, sorry.

There are instructions on Garmin's blog's, there's instructions on Fenix manuals..

  • Yes, there are instructions on how to download complete trainings, which contain, for example, 10 or 5 or 7 different workouts, but where I can't do the half of them, because of health problems or because I haven't special equipment.

for example, i want to create my own Training with for example following workouts:

    Deadlift
    Back Squat
    Bench Press
    Barbell Row
    Pull/Chin-ups
    Military Press

But where do i know, if for this workouts a Video is available?

  • Creating workout having those. Sync it to the watch. Go to Strength, select "Free" at first, then select Training -> My Workouts, and your workout. Then it has option to select "view"  Then if it has video, the start button has small video symbol and you can press start to play it.

And if you already know what you can do and not, then I would guess you already know the movements and don't even need the videos.

What I would like is that the videos would be on the GCW, so that when creating workout you could see what everything is before syncing to watch. The MSN Workouts has Instructions button when viewed on GCW, but my own creation does not, even if the watch has videos for my own creation. And when creating there's just textual list of the movements, no ability to watch the video on that phase.

on the watch or in GCW (Garmin Connect Web), i didn't find a "Free" Option?

not really, thats my prob, with a video i can easier decide, if i can handle it with my damaged shoulder or not

yes, i think i want exactly the same, could be, that my english isn't the best to explain

  • on the watch or in GCW (Garmin Connect Web), i didn't find a "Free" Option?

On the watch. But if you haven't synced any trainings there's no that option when you select Strength. It comes after you have trainings, it asks if you want to do one of them directly... And I remembered that it selected it straight away. It doesn't, you can select your own training from that and then do the "View" part.

  • now i found something out, it's impossible to send trainings to the watch, i got always following message on the watch:

Exceeded maximum number of workouts. Some workouts not imported

Totally strange, i deleted everything in Garmin Connect under my Training before!

  • Well, no idea on that. This was the first time I tried non-running workouts and it worked just fine for me..

But if you deleted from Garmin Connect, isn't the problem on the watch side? Delete the workouts from watch? But if there's already none then ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

  • you have to delete it on your watch ... not in connect

  • I just found how to install animated workout videos

  • Another change; I raced a previous activity and with the beta it noticed when I returned to the start/end point and also told me that I had won by 2:45 with a little trophy. Having done this before, it was new for me!
