Weather widget bug?

Recently the weather widget has stopped working for me.  I see a cloud with a question mark and then it says Garmin Connect waiting for data.  The 945 is connected and I have synced several times on connect.  I also did a forced restart of the 945, uninstalled Connect from iPhone 8, deleted 945 from Bluetooth, then reinstalled and repaired as a new device on Connect.  Still having the issue.  I’m more concerned that this will impact my fitness metrics that use temperate to adjust VOmax if the watch doesn’t get the correct conditions for my workouts.

Has anyone else run into this issue or have advice on resolving it?  Thanks for any help.
