Is there a way to change activity type from running to hiking, that will reverse the VO2 max calculation in garmin?
I did a hike yesterday, activity was a run and it killed my VO2 max from 54 to 51. I tried changing the activity from a run to hike in the connect app but it doesn’t revert the VO2 max to my previous number.
I know the running activity will change your vo2 max and hiking will not.
