Garmin coach setting for the Forerunner 945

Once I’ve started the Garmin Running coach program on the watch, it’s start to vibrate and beep every second, where can I change that setting?

Have you got any threshold alerts set - Pace, heart rate - for instance?

Hi thanks, I don’t think I have any active alerts What’s I know, I’ve tried to remove all settings that could belong to this.
