Do you have a Spotify premium account ? If so, you can synchronize your music, playlists, podcasts etc directly from your watch within Spotify watch settings.
I do not have a premium account, u but i m happy to get one if i m sure it ll work. If on the other hand i do need a smartphone (which i dont have) to connect account to watch then my premium account would be useless. This is why I am asking the question here.
I actually saw somewhere else that you do need a smartphone for the initial set up of spotify.
My understaing so far is that it is NOT possible to use Spotify from watch if you do NOT have a smartphone pair. If you are sure of the opposite, pls let me know...
ah, no phone at all ? not sure ... it synchs via wifi and not via garmin connect on the phone but I have a smartphone ... Why not just buy the cheapest used smartphone you can find and use it for garmin connect ?
That d be an option - but i am a bit fed up with all this technology that does not work...
They re trying to make it every year more complex with more features but also with more bugs.. And I am not speaking just of watches, but also smartphones...
