New Stryd with HRM-Tri

Hello

I plan on using STRYD for pace and distance OUTSIDE. I use Garmin HRM-Tri also.

Both the Stryd and the HRM-Tri have ground contact time and vertical oscillation. Does one override the other?

While running cadence data always comes from HRM-Tri. It is impossible to disable it.

Is Pace and distance, that comes from Stryd will be accurate, while cadence comes from HRM-Tri?

You'll have duplicate data. Cadence will come from both. Garmin counts every left foot strike and the Stryd will be doubled as it counts each foot. Neither overrides the other. All the duplicate data in my experience is identical.

I` have got the HRM-run but the result might be the same.

here is a sample of a halfmarathon on the track, have a look at the distance, it's really accurate with Stryd
