FW 4.60 Sync Issues.

Hi guys sadly after getting the FW update to the 4.60 in my 945 APAC.

The sync option with Bluetooth the watch get stuck and the app in my iPhone did not complete it at all.

the only way to get it syncing is thought the Wifi.

can you help me to fix it???

    What does it mean v 4.60? As far as I know, the newest version in 945 is v4.40.

    As you read.  Mine gets 4.60 it's APAC version 

    Former Member can you help. 

    There is no way to make it work with the Garmin connect app for iPhone

    same issue.  I got the forerunner 945 today and software is 4.6.  Iphone doesn't even recognize 945 as a bluetooth device, let alone actually pairing it.  I can only sync via USB and now fortunately wifi.

    You may try the following first before proceeding to support:

    Perform a full reset of your watch. Use the option to delete settings and user data.

    On your mobile, if you are on Android,

    1. remove the FR945 from Settings - Connected Devices first
    2. uninstall Garmin Connect Mobile

    Then reinstall the app and try to reconnect your watch. Assuming that the bluetooth stack either in the App or on the watch might got stuck, this would solve that issue.

    If not, please contact Garmin support by email. This is not an official support forum, you will not receive support by Garmin officials here usually.
