Go back to the default watch face

Despite my best efforts I am unable to figure out how to get the watch face of my FR945 back to the default, can someone please tell me how? TIA

Settings->watch face->up or down key until you find the default watch face.

However, you can edit what is shown on it so it might look different from what it looked like when you first got the watch
