Running Dynamics (HRM-Run) data not showing in data fields

Hi, recently I have a annoying problem related to running dynamics data on my watch.

I connect HRM-Run strap to watch and then start run activity, but values on running dynamics are missing...

I have to restart watch to fix it, but it is really annoying (map loading process with TopoActive Europe 2020.10 data is sooo long)

I have the newest software version (v4.40).

Are you sure your HRM-Run strap is connected/has battery? Had the same issue with battery failing.

Yes, recently I've replaced my HRM Strap (both HRM-Run) - I tried with old (before & after battery replacement) and new. And yes, I am sure that HRM-Run is connected (I always check status in settings).

I'm having the same problem. When I check the settings the running dynamics data field shows, but when I start a run they don't appear. The HRM is definitely working as the data shows in connect at the end of the run.

I've never tried to run with these missing values in run dynamics data fields, so I didn't know if these values are recorded. But based on your post, I understand that is still recording and available after finishing activity, right?

In fact I'm wrong it was just cadance and stride length which showed. All the other metrics weerent showing so doesnt look like it is actually recording them.
