WiFi and Phone Pairing no longer syncing

This seems to have happened in the last 2 days. 

I am finding none of my activities are syncing with Garmin Connect nor Strava. Looking at the settings at both the phone and Garmin Connect and the device isn't pairing with my phone. 
I checked the wifi settings and I was getting error 0500. I deleted the network details, turned off the watch, turned back on, add back to network with confirmation it was successful. I carried out a wifi sync test and I get the same error. 

I've also deleted the watch from Garmin Connect and tried pairing and the phone/ device are not picking each other. I am getting Pairing Failed: Setup was not successful on the phone while the device just tells me to 'Go to mobile app to add device.'.

Any suggestions on how to fix?
