Up until the last couple of months, after a run my 945 would display the hours to recovery in the range of 8 - 24 hours.
Now my time to recover is posted in days, many/most of the runs (and I run multiple times a week) display the recovery time as 4 days (the maximum).
I’d like to understand the algorithm that calculates the recovery time, and I’m looking for insight into what may be changing with my vitals such that the watch thinks I now need so much more time between runs.
I use the heart rate monitor strap.
