Stepcounter going crazy

My stepcounter suddenly register a step if I move my arm sitting or laying down. Does anyone have any thoughts about that.
I have iPhone X, FR 945 and Garmin Connect with the latest updates.

Just received my new 945 on Monday and the step counter stopped working completely today, wednesday called customer support, was told to wait 24 hours and call back Tommorow to see if the problem would resolve on it’s on.....
