Vibration Alerts

I have the vibration Alerts turned off but am still getting them for texts and FB messages...Am I missing something in addition to?

In which menu did you turn it off?

Both in:

Phone/Smart Notifications/During activities/Sounds

Phone/Smart Notifications/Out of activities/Sounds

The English phrases may be different in the menu as I use different language?
