Speed when connecting to indoor trainer as power meter

Hi,

I am doing Indoor Cycling using a smart trainer. I connect this smart trainer as a power meter to my Forerunnter 945. I am a bit confused of the speed/distance that the watch is calculating based on the power:

The data of my last two trainings:

2nd May: the average power was 151 Watts. The watch calculated an average speed of 28,1 km/h.

29th April: the average power was 138 Watts. The watch calculated an average speed of 31,9 km/h.

How can the speed on 2nd May be faster with 13 Watts less?

What's your experience with the calulcation methods Garmin seems to be using?

Kind regards, Kai
