Excercises with foam roller

What are you using to track your foeam roller excercises?

I would like to start tracking my regeneration excercises with foam roller to get a better motivation to continue doing it.

Do you know an app for this or I should create a new activity? If new activity - what options should I set to not get too much parameters?

  • Your foam roller is for myofascial release and though there are different "exercises" you can perform with the roller it's more therapy, like a massage, than it is a workout.  I guess if you wanted to track it you could use the "other" activity app as I can't think of any other activity this would fall under. As far as metrics, maybe time and heart rate?  My motivation for using mine is faster recovery and less soreness.
