How do you unblock notifications for a single app, THAT you prevoiusly blocked on watch(Block app y/n)?

by mistake i blocked SMS and want that :-)

I can only tell you for Android. I assume it is similar on IoS

In Garmin Connect Mobile (GCM) go to Menu (top left corner) -> Settings->Notifications->App Notifications

Here you can control notifications from individual apps on your phone.

Just a FYI about this. Any future app downloads to your phone automatically turn on the notification in GCM. For Android anyway.

If a notification comes up from an app you want to block just press the down arrow and one of the options that comes up is 'block app'. That will stop all notifications from that app only

yes but unblocking coundlt be done from the watch but from the location you gave me in GCM on Android !
