I don´t know if happened because of the upgrade to 4.40  as I don´t know when it was done. But it´s )  showing version 0.00 just for the BT/ANT driver (when you go to About. I called support and they tried to help me by using the webupdater but it didn´t work and suggested I should send the watch to warranty to be replaced. I am now trying the firmware 4.41 following the instructions but it seems to be stuck in the middle as the bar doesn´t move. Any thougths?

Followed precisely the instructions here

  • Probably nothing to lose by trying a full reset but you will lose all data and settings.

    Power off

Power on then immediately press and hold top and bottom right.

Release top right on first beep

Release bottom right on second beep.

Connect to Garmin Express, sync and update.

I´ve stopped the upgrade as the status bar was really no longer moving and I was able to have the watch live again. But Garmin Express was identifying as version 4.40 and Garmin connect was reading 4.41, as if the upgrade was done successfuly. But by ANT/BT driver still shows as version 0.00 and an available update still shows in the watch saying it´s the ANT/BT driver but when I click to update, the watch boots again and stays frozen at the logo icon.
